Audi A4
November 14, 2013: Audi India has introduced the celebration Edition of its most popularA4 sedan in the country. It has been priced at Rs. 25.99 lakh (pan India price), which is around 2.5 lakh lesser than the original entry level model. The complete details for the model are yet to be announced, however it will be a limited edition. To achieve a lower price tag, the company has ripped of some features such as projector headlamps, Audi MMI, cruise control, sunroof and others. It is also unclear what engine would be offered with the low cost model, but we expect it to get a 2.0-litre TDI engine that churns out a maximum power output of 140bhp and 320Nm of peak torque.read more Audi A4

Jaguar XF
6 Jan, 2014: Jaguar has introduced a new variant in its sedan Jaguar XF petrol lineup with a 2.0-litre mill. The new variant comprises of a 4-cylinder turbo engine that has the capability to churn out a maximum power output of 237bhp and a peak torque of 340Nm. It is coupled with an eight-speed ZF self-shifting transmission. This same engine also powers the three-door Land Rover Range Rover Evoque petrol variant. Jaguar has priced it at Rs. 48.30 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom, Mumbai), thus making it more costlier than the existing 2.2-litre diesel engine based variant, which generates 190bhp of maximum power output. -
Mercedes-Benz C-Class
January 28, 2014: Mercedes-Benz India rolls out the C-Class Grand Edition model from the company's production facility at the Chakan, Pune plant. The special C-Class has arrived to commemorate the 50,000th C-Class from the company's stable thus the company celebrates this occasion. The Grand Edition comes with premium feature package that includes AMG body pack, chrome tailpipe, panoramic sunroof and the Grand Edition badge. Inside the car, there are several premium elements like sun visors with illuminated mirrors, interior mirror with auto dimming and door sill panels in front and rear, while the front panels sports Mercedes-Benz lettering. -
BMW 3 Series
January 15, 2014: BMW is set to launch the all-new 3 Series GT at the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo. The vehicle will be positioned in between the regular 3 Series and 4 Series model of the company. It has received quite a few changes over the exteriors in order to make it distinguishable than the current 3 Series. In terms of external dimensions, the vehicle has been made 200mm longer, 50mm taller and 17mm wider, while the wheelbase has been increased by 110mm which creates larger space inside the car. More features include new set of headlamps, new bumper, active rear wing, 520-liter of boot space and split fold rear seats down to create further boot space upto 1600-liters. As far as pricing is concerned, the company will be manufacturing it locally thereby it makes the vehicle cost less. -

April 16, 2013: To celebrate the sale of 6,000 Audi A6 in India, Audi has launched a special edition of luxury sedan A6 in the Indian auto industry. The special edition of its largest selling luxury sedan A6 comes equipped with nine unique features comprising a broad portfolio of innovation. The special edition Audi A6 sports Adaptive Air Suspension with Audi Drive Select, 4-Zone Deluxe Air conditioning, Rear Side Airbags, Bose Surround Sound System, MMI Touch, Comfort Key, MMI Remote Control, Front Co-Driver seat adjustment from the rear and LED headlights. Mercedes Benz E Class
July 25, 2013: Mercedes-Benz India has today launched the E 63 AMG for Rs. 1.29 crores (ex-showroom, Delhi) . Deriving its power from a 5.5-litre V8 engine, it is capable of producing the maximum power output of 557bhp and 720Nm. While the earlier generation E 63 AMG with the 6.2-litre engine was 30-37bhp lesser powerful than the new one. The engine is mated to the AMG Speedshift MCT 7G-Tronic transmission, which transmits power to all four-wheels. The top-speed attained by the new E 63 AMG is 250kmph and it touches the 0-100kmph mark in mere 4.2 seconds. -
BMW 5 Series
October 10, 2013: German auto major BMW has now finally launched the facelifted 5-Series, that the company unveiled at this year's Geneva Motor Show. Launched at a starting price of Rs. 46.90 lakh , the top-end variant M Sport goes up to Rs. 57.90 lakh (Prices are ex-showroom, Delhi). The company has discontinued the petrol models of the car this time around. The BMW 5 Series facelift gets additional contour lines for the surround of BMW's kidney grille, front fog lamps with added chrome, new lower air intakes, extra crease on rear apron, revised rear lamps and new alloys. -
Rolls-Royce Ghost
5th-Oct-2011: Rolls Royce launched the Rolls Royce Ghost long wheelbase in India today at a voluptuous price of Rs 3.5 crore. The new car is equipped with a 6.6 liter V12 engine which can churn out a staggering 563hp power and a robust torque of 780 NM. The new Ghost long wheelbase dons a ZF8 sped gear box. -
Mercedes-Benz S-Class
January 8, 2014: Mercedes-Benz has launched the 2014 S-Class in India at a price of 1.57 Crore (Ex. Showroom, Delhi). The currently launched model is named as 'S 500 Launch Edition' and it has been blessed with almost every aristocratic comfort and convenience feature. The company has introduced World's First all-LED lighting system in the car's exterior and interior, which is one of its type along with 1,560 watts 24-speaker Burmester audio, 250GB hard disk, and 6-way massaging seats. It is powered by a 4.7-litre dual-turbo V8 engine that belts out an enormous power of 460bhp and a peak torque of 700Nm. Moreover, this highly powerful mill is coupled with a 7G-Tronic plus gearbox. Currently, it is sold en-route CBU but soon it will be locally assembled. First batch of 125 cars is already booked and launch expected within 3 months. -

BMW X6
22 November,2012: BMW India, the ace luxury car maker for third consecutive year has rolled out the facelift version of BMW X6, the Sports Activity Vehicle from its stable today. BMW X6 facelift has come out in two guises one diesel and one petrol- the BMW X6 xDrive40d and BMW X6 xDrive50i with a price tag of Rs.78.9 lakh and Rs.93.4 lakh( both prices ex-showroom). The facelift is more on the cosmetic side, starting from the bumper area which is slightly redesigned, the fog lights surrounds are newfangled, revised front grille design, the tail-lights have gone LED with all new 19” light alloy wheels Double-spoke style and 20” optional. As far as the mechanicals are concerned changes are seen in the form of a new eight-speed gearbox which is offered with both the variants 50i and the 40d. In the 40d, the 3.0-litre turbo-diesel’s 235bhp and 520Nm has been bumped up to 306bhp and 630Nm respectively, with the help of a new 3.0-litre twin-turbo motor. -

3rd August 2012: Audi India has lifted the covers off its new luxurious sedan, Audi A8 L 4.2 TDi Quattro in Mumbai at a price of Rs. 10,075,000 onwards (ex-showroom Maharashtra) . The event was graced by Bollywood hunk Abhishek Bachchan who also took the first delivery of its customized Audi A8 L 4.2 TDi Quattro. The new Audi A8 L 4.2 TDi Quattro variant has been blessed with superb design, lavish interiors and most importantly a powerful and dynamic 4.2L of diesel engine. The 4.2L Quattro V8 bi-turbo diesel engine comes with common rail injection system and exhaust gas turbocharging that churns out 350bhp peak power and a colossal 800Nm torque. This 4.2 TDi Quattro oil-burner comes coupled with an eight speed tiptronic automatic gearbox and the quattro all-wheel-drive system takes the engine performance a notch higher. Also this amalgamation translates into a sprint capability of 100km/hr from standstill in a mere 5.6 seconds. Audi A8 L Indian line-up now offers four variants - the base3.0 TDi Quattro, 4.2 FSI petrol, 4.2 TDi quattro and the high-end 6.3 W12 quattro. The new 4.2 TDi quattro is juxtaposed between the 4.2 FSI petrol and the 6.3 W12. A little hefty on pockets, will have to wait and see this Audi thoroughbred find how many grabbers. -
Volvo S60
October 23, 2013: Volvo Auto India has finally launched the updated S60 saloon in the Indian car market for Rs. 29.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The vehicle gets the new family look, improved interiors, added features and slightly tweaked engine. It now has more broader front fascia with wider grille and restyled lamp assemblies. The new S60 comes equipped with a new multimedia system, a seven-inch touch-screen and new digital TFT instrument Cluster with three modes. The other features added to the saloon are leather seats, the automatic version get three spoke steering wheel with paddle shifter mounted on it, LED daytime running lights and dual exhaust tail pipe. It is now available in four colours - Passion Red, Vibrant Copper, Crystal White pearl and Power Blue. -
BMW 7 Series
May 31,2013: German luxury giant, BMW that launched the 2013 7-Series a month back in our country, has now rolled out the first locally assembled version of the vehicle, developed at the company's Chennai based facility. The company has also started local assembly of the MINI Countryman at the same plant. The locally assembled BMW 7-Series model is the entry level diesel 730 Ld variant. The 2013 BMW 7-Series is available in a four variants- 730Ld, 740Li, 750Li and 760Li priced at Rs 92.9 lakh, Rs 1.12 crore, Rs 1.29 crore and Rs 1.73 crore respectively. -
Bentley Continental
13 May 2010 - Bentley has launched one of its most powerful model new Bentley Continental Supersports in the Indian auto market. Bentley Continental Supersports will be priced at Rs 2.25 crore (ex-showroom price). It is loaded with powerful engine and said to be fastest car as it can cross the 100kmph mark in just 3.7 seconds and it can touch the top speed mark of 329kmph. -
Porsche Panamera
November 12, 2013: Porsche, the ultra luxury carmaker has now begun taking bookings for the 2014 Panamera Turbo S. It is claimed to be the most luxurious, fastest and most powerful Panamera in its lineup. It develops 50bhp more power than the Turbo model, thanks to the two new turbochargers with larger compressors. Under the hood, the Panamera Turbo S gets a 4.8-litre V8 twin-turbo engine that churns out a maximum power output of 562bhp and 800Nm of peak torque. It takes just 3.8 seconds to reach 100kmph from standstill, and has a top speed of 310kmph. The sports car has three driving modes- Comfort, Sport and Sport Plus. The exact pricing details for the Turbo S is yet to be disclosed, but we expect it to be priced a bit higher than the Panamera Turbo. -
Aston Martin Rapide S
December 23, 2013: Aston Martin, the ultra luxury carmaker has previewed the Rapide S in South India. The four-door luxury car will replace the current model sold in India. The vehicle is already available in European nations and America as well, and it has been priced at Rs. 4.4 crore (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The increase in price is due to the rise in exchange rate of pounds and customs duty, which has been raised from 110 per cent to 175 per cent. Volvo S 80
January 24,2104: Volvo Auto India teases the images of the facelift model of S80 on the company's official Facebook page. The upgraded S80 is certainly amazing, and more of an upmarket and premiere product developed by the company. The facelift S80 was globally unveiled at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
